With the Focus Scan, we carry out a thorough analysis of focus within your organisation. We visit your organisation to have a meeting with you as a CEO. Additionally, we conduct a Team Scan (an online questionnaire for your team) and observe activities on the work floor.
After our visit you receive an advisory report with concrete improvement points at all three levels: individual, team and organisation.
The Focus Scan will reveal the key points for improving Focus for your organisation. No long reports, just clear insights you can implement directly.

If you continue with the Focus Year, this amount will be deducted from the total amount.
